MyFreeCams.com is an online webcam network allowing people from all over the world to interact through video, audio, and online chat. Our goal is to foster a friendly and safe environment where adults can have fun online. Age verification of models

All models broadcasting on this website must be over 18 years old.

• Before any model is allowed to broadcast, the model must submit government-issued identification documents showing her face, name, and birth date, and sign documents verifying the accuracy of the identification documents and her identity.
• All identification documents are reviewed by specialists with years of training in spotting forgeries, and then double-checked by independent third-party analysis.
• Even after a model is allowed to broadcast, snapshot photos are routinely captured and compared with the photo ID to make sure that the model broadcasting is always and unmistakably the same authorized individual.

Additional monitoring of inappropriate content

Even in cases where models are verified to be over the age of 18, they are still subject to the following guidelines:

• Models that "look too young" in the opinion of our trained administrators will be removed.
• Models may not present themselves as minors in any way, including but not limited to: altering their visual appearance (e.g. wearing too much makeup, wearing unneeded dental braces, pigtails, etc.), creating inappropriate usernames (e.g. LittleGirl16), or participate in age-based fantasy or role-play. Models that draw attention to themselves as potentially being under the age of 18 will be removed.
• One of our core principles is not to censor users on this website; however, we do make an exception for any topic surrounding the legal age of models and pedophilia in general. Chat logs of users are moderated for such inappropriate content, and any user in violation of our rules is removed from this website.

Zero-Tolerance

We consider any violation of our age-related policies to be Zero-Tolerance violations, meaning that the offender(s) will be removed and banned permanently from our network for a first violation.

We are proud to have the strictest possible standards and penalties with regard to our age verification and enforcement.

Safety of models online

We do everything possible to ensure that models are safe while online.

• Men are not allowed in the same room as a female model at any time, for any reason.
• Obscene and unhealthy behavior is strictly prohibited.

• Models are monitored to ensure that their participation is healthy and enjoyable.

• All visitors of this website are required to be over 18 years old (over 21 in some locations), as set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

Community supervision and monitoring
