Repayment

If your account has a chargeback, an unauthorized refund, any sort of billing issue where you spend tokens for which we are unable to collect payment, or incur any other debt, then your account is automatically closed and banned until you are able to repay the money. This is done for the protection of the models on the website so that we may continue to ensure prompt payment to them.

Follow these steps to put your account back in good standing:

Please Contact Support with a detailed explanation for what happened to cause the billing problem.

If we accept your explanation, we will send an invoice to your e-mail address for the full amount that you owe.

(In the event that we use Paypal to generate this invoice, please keep in mind that you do not need a Paypal account to pay it. You can use a credit card without a Paypal account.)

Once you pay this invoice, please Contact Support again and we will un-ban your account.

• We may assess an additional fine for chargebacks.
• It may take some time for your account to be able to purchase tokens after your account has been reinstated.
