I did not get my verification e-mail.
Here are the possible reasons why you would not receive your verification e-mail:
- You entered your e-mail incorrectly so we sent the e-mail to the wrong place.
- It may take a few minutes for the e-mail to arrive.
- It may be in your bulk/spam folder.
- Your ISP (mail service) did not accept the email, thinking it was spam.
Solution: Just sign up for a new account using a new username, and perhaps a different e-mail address.
If you are still having problems receiving our e-mail, we recommend using a free e-mail address from http://www.gmail.com.
I am missing tokens from my account.
All token transactions are accounted for in your My Account page. The link to the My Account page is located in your Personal Menu in the top-right corner of the website.
If you believe that your tokens were charged in error, please contact us with as many specific details as possible and we will help you.
I did not receive my tokens that I just purchased.
Please refresh the website. (Click reload or refresh on your browser). You can also try logging out and logging back in again.
If you purchased using a credit card, your tokens should be added to your account instantly. If you are sure that the purchase was completed successfully and you still do not have tokens after 10 minutes, please contact us.
I want my tip back.
Our policy is that we do not review or refund tips. Here is why:
Tips are gifts and tipping is an act of generosity. It is not fair to the models to leave a tip and then try to get it back later. It would not be possible in real life and it should not be done here either. If you have a specific request for a model, you should talk to her about it and perhaps invite her to a private show.
We also do not support or review tips for specific acts, or as payment for specific items. We have no way to investigate or verify these "deals".
Therefore: Tip at your own risk!
If you are dissatisfied with a model, please let us know about it, but we will not be able to reverse your tip.
I have been banned by a model.
If you have been banned by a model, there is nothing we can do to help. Models can ban anyone they want for any reason.
If a model banned you by mistake, she can click Options and unban you. Then you can restart your web browser and enter her room again.
Bans wear off after a few hours automatically unless the model extends the ban.
Please do not contact us about bans, we will ignore it.
I can not login to my account.
Please clear your cookies and then close all of your web browser windows, and then go to http://www.myfreecams.com again and try to login. Get more details on how to do this on our Technical Help page.
Make sure to enter your username and password carefully, with proper spelling and capitalization. If you have forgotten your password or username, please use our Password Retrieval / Forgot Password tool and we will e-mail you a link to reset your password.
